There are no out-of-pocket costs for residents of RI and self referrals are welcome (no doctor referral needed to schedule an evaluation).

• Meeting Street was one of five organizations nationwide responsible for the creation of the Early Intervention program in the 1980s.
• In 2000, we led the charge to include Infant Mental Health as a required component of EI services, nationwide.
• We helped draft the legislation to ensure all eligible children have access to these vital services with no out-of-pocket cost to families.
• Meeting Street is the largest provider of EI services in Rhode Island
