- Life Insurance -
Coverage is equal to 1X the employee’s base salary. This is provided
at no cost to employees and employees have the opportunity to purchase
additional coverage through payroll deductions.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment - Insurance pays one time employee’s salary for on the job accident resulting in death or loss of a limb at no cost to employees.
- Long Term Disability -
Insurance pays 60% of employee’s income after the employee is continuously out due to accident or illness for a period of 180 calendar days at no cost to employees.

- 403B Retirement Plan -
Administered by American Funds. Provides opportunity for employees to
defer pre-tax funds to 403B Plan for investment. Agency matches up to
a minimum of 5% annually.

- Vacation Time - Employees receive generous paid vacation. First year employees
receive three weeks off. After two years, all employees get four weeks vacation.
- Paid Personal Time - Employees are eligible for 10-12 days each year based on job
responsibilities. Employees who do not use all their personal days can participate in a buy back program each year.
- Paid Holidays - Employees receive 12 paid holidays each year.
