Meeting Street Success Stories
All types of kids with all types of needs make progress and succeed at Meeting Street. And since each child receives individual attention and their own goals, success is defined differently for each of them. One child might be working on paying attention in class, another on speech skills; spelling could be the challenge for a first grader while a classmate is learning how to use his wheelchair by himself. In the Carter School high school, being able to do your own laundry might be the goal.
Our view of success does not stop with the child. Parents and families are also part of the Meeting Street success standards. We supply parents of children in all our programs the guidance they need so everyone in the family succeeds.
For the past 60 years, we have been helping children and their families succeed. Take a look at our Meeting Street Success Stories and you will understand why Meeting Street is such a special place where all types of kids succeed in so many ways everyday.
